No exchanges, only returns in case of a genuine manufacturing defect such as a torn. Please note that, thread pulls and slight embroidery error is not considered as a manufacturing defect.
If you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with, please refuse to take the product. And mail us at info@dsrupt.in with the order ID, your refund will be initiated as soon as possible.

If there’s a cancellation, we accept it before the order is shipped and we will refund the entire amount.

Also, we have the option of a credit note on all our products.
